Warranty Information

• Loaner laser – LPI will provide a loaner LT-2D3D, tablet, and/or tripod if needed.

• Shipping – LPI will cover FedEx Ground shipping on all repairs, exchanges, and loaners being sent to the customer unless the cause is determined to be misuse or abuse by the customer. For Platinum Warranties LPI will cover FedEx Overnight shipping and will include a return label to send the laser needing to be repaired.

• Software upgrades – Lifetime upgrades to the Laser Templator software as well as minor mechanical issues.

• Targets – Each year LPI will send $100 worth of targets/accessories upon request. $150 for Platinum.

• Yearly tune-up – LPI will conduct a thorough inspection of the unit including lens cleaning, battery testing, inspection for worn or damaged components, etc. Loaner units are not included as part of this service.

• Data transfer – LPI will ensure the transfer of all files to/from the loaner unit.

• In-house training – LPI will provide you free training at the LPI Training Academy in Romeoville, IL. This is in addition to the initial training included with the purchase of a new LT-2D3D.

• Discount Training – Platinum warranties include a 25% discount on additional on-site training.

         * Please Note: The 5 Year Warranty is only available at the time of the initial purchase of a NEW LT-2D3D Laser Templating system.
